Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this park hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when we arrived without a booking. The sites were spacious, and I appreciated the proximity to the tavern and the lovely pool, which was a lifesaver in the heat. However, the location is a bit out of town, so you will need to drive to access more dining options beyond what's available onsite.
Our stay at the caravan park was quite enjoyable overall, with spacious sites and a clean pool, making it a great fit for families. We had a fantastic time exploring the surrounding areas filled with beautiful wildflowers, but the cleanliness of the shared facilities left much to be desired. Despite that, the helpful owner accommodating us last minute was a highlight, and the bistro served delicious meals. Just be prepared for the lack of daily cleaning in the ablutions, which was a bit disappointing.
I had a mixed experience at the Park Village. The park homes are lovely and set in a nice garden environment, which is a plus. However, my cabin's carpets were stained and in dire need of cleaning, which was very disappointing for the price I paid. Despite some cleanliness issues, the amenities and overall surroundings were quite pleasant.
We had a wonderful time at the park, with spacious sites and friendly service from the owner who helped us settle in. The pool was a lifesaver during the hot weather and the on-site tavern provided great dining options. However, the bathrooms could use improvement, as there was only one toilet for the entire women's side, which could be an issue if it's fully booked.
